SHIPPING POLICY

All Liberty and Linen items are carefully handmade to order. Please allow one to three weeks for us to make your order. During busy periods the production time may be longer but you will be notified. Each order is beautifully wrapped in tissue, packaged and sent to you via NZ post.

 

If you are sending an item as a gift, we can also deliver directly to the recipient. Please leave a note at checkout advising of the name and address of the recipient together with a brief message if you would like us to include a handwritten note on your behalf.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please take care when ordering and check that your order is accurate when you receive your order confirmation email. If you notice a mistake, please inform us within 5 hours of receiving the order confirmation. After this time changes cannot be made. We cannot accept responsibility for any incorrectly ordered items.

All personalised items are handmade to order, we therefore do not accept returns unless they are faulty.

 

If the item you receive is faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return it to us unused. A replacement will be sent out once your returned item is received and reviewed.

We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
